Financial
Our office offers a variety of payment plans to accommodate our patients.
Full Payment Option: If payment is made in full, a 7% bookkeepers discount will be applied. Payment is due a the records appointment.
Initial Deposit with Monthly Payments: An initial deposit is required. The deposit is due at the records appointment. The remaining balance may be paid in monthly installments. There are no finance charges with our office payment schedule.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance, you will need to determine if orthodontic coverage is included. If you have orthodontic coverage it is helpful to know the following:
- What is the lifetime maximum allowance?
- Are payments paid monthly or quarterly?
- After the initial filing, will the insurance company pay automatically? If not, will the insurance company mail a form or will the doctor need to provide proof of ongoing treatment?
While we are happy to file your orthodontic insurance, we make our financial arrangements with the responsible party. Please note that orthodontic treatment is considered ongoing treatment, therefore insurance benefits are paid over the course of treatment until the lifetime maximum is met.
