When we remove your braces, you will begin the retention stage of your treatment. To maintain your beautiful smile, you MUST wear your retainers as prescribed!
To care for your retainer, use a new soft bristle toothbrush with water or mouthwash (not Listerine brand). Do not use toothpaste or an old toothbrush. Toothpaste will scratch the smooth surface of the retainer causing it to absorb food and odors.
